My stay at Novotel was truly pleasant. The staff was exceptionally friendly and willing to assist with any requests. The room was both comfortable and remarkably quiet, which allowed me to focus on work without distraction. Additionally, the hotel's location provided easy access to public transport, and the complimentary passes made traveling around Geneva effortless.

Had an awesome time with my friends here! We visited the Flower Clock and took a stroll by Lake Geneva, both super close to the hotel. The breakfast spread was solid, especially the coffee, and our room was clean and comfy. Plus, getting the Geneva transport card upon check-in was a major bonus for exploring the city without any hassle. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun trip!

The only downside was the shower head in the bathroom — it really needed an upgrade. It made showering less enjoyable than it should've been.

Perfect spot for family fun

We spent 2 nights in a family room and it was perfect! The beds were super comfy and the place was clean. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Super close to the lake and the fountain, and tons of restaurants nearby. Only downside was the parking—limited spaces which made it tricky. But overall, it was a great stay!

My kids wished the room had a kitchenette for easy snack prep.

I absolutely loved the large, spacious room and enjoyed relaxing at the spa lounge after a busy day. There were also some great massage options to unwind. The only downside was the shower drain that could use some attention, but it didn't put a damper on my stay. 😊

The adult bed also left much to be desired in terms of comfort, making it hard to rest well after a day of exploring.
